Odisha Police is committed to deliver good governance in the state through use of innovations in the field of communication and information technology and in this process it has taken a major step by introducing an ambitious as well as mission mode project namely “Crime & Criminal Tracking Network and System (CCTNS)”.

        Odisha Police is committed to delivering time-bound services to citizens by the use of the new-age technology. The purpose of the Citizen Portal is to provide a number of services to citizens on the internet. Currently we are providing 18 services through this portal. We will be adding more services to this bouquet in the future. We are constantly looking for ways through which extra services can be availed by residents without physically visiting a Police Station or other offices.

        People may download our Mobile App “Sahayata”, available on Android and iOS platforms, for availing these services using mobile phone devices.
